Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I went online and reserved a car because mine is disabled. I had a friend of mine take me to the location and was told they had none. I know they had the reservation because they finally found it a few minutes after I called to verify it and ask some questions. They made a couple of calls to see if someone was going to bring one back, to no avail. They said they close in an hour and I could take my chances. I asked why they didn't call, but they couldn't respond. I think this location is nothing but car washers, with no business since or professionalism. Unfortunately, it's the only game in town.

I am very satisfied with my rental experience with Enterprise. The vehicle was clean and ready on time. The staff at the Brookhaven, Ms office are exceptional and very friendly and helpful.

Nice cars, but they dont pick you up anymore.
