Fast, Efficient, Accurate and Informative.
COVID policies made for a somewhat slow check in/checkout. But, car was nice and served its need while car was in shop.
I reserved a midsized vehicle a month ago for the entire month of March. We were supposed to pick up the vehicle at noon today. When we got there we were told there was nothing available, but they had a car! This was not acceptable! We now have to hope they have one first thing in the morning. If we're not on the road by 10AM we won't make our our destination and will be charged for our hotel reservation.nUpdate: we got a vehicle at about 6PM. Some concessions were made.nThe issue was resolved in a prompt manner. Enterprise went the extra mile. Thanks!
I must say I rent cars from all over the place, and there is no better place than Rolla. If you go be sure to speak with Yvonne Hardesty! I have never dealt with a better or nicer person. She is always so professional and goes above and beyond for me and my office.
