Great customer service from Rourke! I got just the rental car I wanted for the day at a reasonable price. Very pleased!

This Branch is great!!!! I'm a long term rental and Rourke and Kayla are amazing. Never had an issue and always pleasant. Would highly recommend this place.

Terrible customer service and lazy. I left a personal item in the trunk and asked the associates if they could check. A female associate said the car had been rented already but they would call the new renter to see if it was there and call me back. Never called back so I called again. A male associate told me the renter said it wasn’t there. I stopped by the branch later to see if the car was there to check the trunk myself, and a girl said the renter had never been called. She proceeded to “call” him and said he was just getting off work and would look later. She also refused to let me check the lost and found. Pretty sure they were just bs’ing the entire time. Lazy, bottom of the barrel......

Excellent first time experience getting a rental from the Westminster md location. The staff was respectful and kind and made for a overall wonderful experience.

2 times where the rental agent just dropped of the key pad in the car .I was never told by him that he did this. Next time I rented a 2020Toyota. I was never showed how to get the keys out of the ignition. So I stopped in BWI and told them what happened. I was told that I should have been showed how to do it before I drove off the lot.nnAnd this last time rented a Kia Optima and now they are trying accuse me of roof damage to a car that I never did. The rental agent never checked the roof or looked at the top of the car but you want me to pay for damage that they can't prove I did. Probably don't know who did it but want rip someone off for Fraud because they don't look at the car before they rent it out. I have reported all of this to Customer care.
