Holiday Inn Express Baton Rouge Downtown

This hotel is downtown. Not off the highway if your traveling. I was shocked to discover this after a quick reservation while traveling. The bed is clean and comfortable. And the breakfast is decent. We were able to walk around and see some sights in downtown baton Rouge.

Clean rooms and friendly service! Not overly priced for a last minute walk in either! Having FREE street parking next to the front entrance was pretty nice as well. Brittany, who checked us in was really friendly and helpful as well. Dog/pet friendly and I love that the pet fee is a single fee and not per pet. Pretty great since we travel with two 80lbs dogs! Would have given 5 stars if ALL the employees had masks on during covid.

Clean and decent. Location was good as well.. The only reason for a 4 star is the bed was super uncomfortable.
