I've consistently found most (especially older) enterprise cars to be poorly cleaned and maintained. This particular car was filthy inside and out. I spent 20 minutes cleaning windshield & back glass inside and out, I had to wipe interior surfaces- especially driver door handle, shift knob, steering wheel, console. They were visibly filthy. This was totally unacceptable, especially during a pandemic. Also, both back door upper weather strips / seals were hanging. Attendant made an honest effort to re-attach them, but was mostly unsuccessful. The car kept randomly beeping at me for the entire 2 week rental period that front radar was obstructed (it wasn't). I asked if obtaining another car was possible, but this was the only one they had available. I was told no nearby locations had cars available- so this one was my only option. (I was leaving on my 2-week vacation this same day). I'm giving 2 stars instead of one because the attendant who helped me tried her best to attach the weather seals, also because the price was very reasonable.

Customer service was extremely helpful and accommodating. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable. Rental was completely cleaned and in excellent condition.

I made a reservation over a month ago for the Christmas holiday. When I went to pick up my car, the car smelled STRONGLY of mildew/mold. They told me they had no other cars available and that going to another location was not an option. I took it because I had to get back to work, but then got sick to my stomach from the smell so turned around and dropped the car off. I cannot believe that car was able to be in rotation to be rented. It seriously smelled like it had gone through Katrina. I called the main enterprise #, someone from HQ was supposed to call me and help me find a car for my trip, but no one ever did. What is the point of a reservation? Also who in their right mind would pay hundreds of dollars to rent a moldy car?? Seriously!

I always use enterprise for rental cars. I initially reserved a car for 4 days to drive to Georgia but I received a car that a previous renter smoked out. The smell was horrific. So bad I parked the car after I called to try and switch it out but they had no replacements. I canceled my whole trip because I could take the smell. It was that bad. Very disappointing. Was not offered a discount or anything. First bad experience at Enterprise.

When we picked up the car it was dirty, the inspection sticker rolled off and almost flew out the window. We had to clean the car ourselves because Enterprise didn't clean it at all. We had to tape the inspection sticker to the windshield. Maybe three hours into the trip we notice the tire pressure slowing going down. I pulled over and called it was a 90 minute wait. I changed the tire myself and the tire had three nails in it. When the wrecker got there he added air to the tires and we trailed him to purchase a new tire ourselves.nnThe car was dirty, we taped the inspection sticker to the window, we had a tire with three nails, and roadside assistance was horrible. Renting the dirty car threaten our lives due to Covid-19. The tire was a safety hazard with three nails in it. It added three hours to our trip.nnThis was the worse experience rental car experience of my life.
