Quality Inn & Suites Baton Rouge West - Port Allen

Looks nice and decent price if paying online. Huge price difference paying online. Elevator smells weird with food smell in it. Not a box unit meaning hotels are outdoors when accessing. Decent for a one night quick stay but for comfort would really reccomend another stay for a better experience. The employees are AWESOME through my own experience ud83dudc4f

Nice cheap hotel. The only thing upset me is no hot water. Poor breakfast. On the whole it is not bad.

We checked in at 1pm. They door looked like it had been broken into. The lights didn’t work correctly in the bathroom area. The toilet is leaking and found big roaches trying to get into our food and it’s only 3pm. They would not refund us our money and was not helpful at all. We even provided pictures of the roaches. They even decided to tell us AFTER we called our complaint in that our room had been vacant because it wouldn’t lock and pest control skipped our room. Never staying at a Quality Inn again.

Very clean rooms and the young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful!
