I was impressed with this company in the beginning they talked a very good game but could not follow through. I was guaranteed I would have care givers and they were a no show. I do not recommend this agency to any one.
When it came time to care for my grandmother at home, my grandfather was overwhelmed. I looked around for help, I had known about ISS but we were never in need of their services until that time. We are so pleased with the caregivers that assist my grandmother. The staff always update us when there is a change, and often just check in with us just to make sure everything is going ok. My grandfather now has the assistance he needs with my grandmother and we the family have peace of mind knowing that she is in good hands at home where she wants to be. Thank you Innovative Senior Solutions.
If you need a place for your older or disabled loved ones to during the day or something on a much more permanent basis I highly recommend this place I know the owners of said establishment they're good Christian people and know what it takes to take care of your loved ones when you need that extra hand in doing so
