Worst experience ever with a car rental company. Put me out $60 because I'm transgender and my debit wasn't in my new name yet and they didn't care so I had to Lyft home and back. Then they informed me they would have to run a credit check to use my debit card. Their system refused to run it so after all that I couldn't even rent the vehicle! I had until 5 to move out of my apartment and they pushed me past that. I will never use them again

The communication with staff (Jordan) was outstanding, and he was quick to accommodate my late arrival. The vehicle was ready, and in excellent condition. There wee no surprises on the checkout - speedy and accurate.nnClearly there has been a change in leadership or staff at this branch - the many poor reviews do not reflect the outstanding service you get today from Hertz/Aurora. They are a true 5-star organization!

I honestly do not understand any of the bad reviews. My experience was nothing but outstanding from start to end. Having booked a premium sedan for 20 days, I was upgraded to a premium SUV at no extra charge. The car was new, in perfect condition and worked like a charm. The Hertz representative at the desk(Jordan) was polite and courteous throughout our interaction and made sure to explain clearly different charges that might be add-ons before I started the rental. I would definitely rent here every time I'm in the city.

The car I ordered wasn't available so Asst. Manager Cassandra upgraded me to a 2019 Cadillac for my three week road trip. This car was WONDERFUL. Cassandra's pleasant customer service skills and friendly demeanor certainly made this a memorable experience. I highly recommend this location!

The staff is simply the best there is. I've had to rent several times over the last few weeks due to my truck being in the shop. They are always welcoming and make sure I am satisfied with my rental when I pick it up and when I drop it off. They have made Hertz my go to when I travel now.
