I used this service to transport my father who has limited mobility (in wheelchair) from a local long term care facility to the doctor. They took the information and provided me with a reasonable quote quickly, coordinating the pick up was seamless process to the office and back to facility. The driver was professional, caring, took good care of my father. I would absolutely use this service again.
Juan at ITransport was incredible! Moved my 93 and 96 year old parents with grace, courtesy, and respect. I got to ride with them to assist due to their dementia, and never had a worry. Great service!!!
Punctual, reliable, great communication when setting up transportation, my favorite thing is they walk my dad into the building so he is never left alone. My dad has never complained about the service!!!
