The entire process, from start to finish, was easy and fast.nI needed to rent a car in a hurry to go and see my father in another state. He was in hospice care. I was able to rent the car, pick it up, and be on my way in a matter of a couple of hours. Most of that was me getting ready to go.nWhen I arrived and realized I needed to stay longer, and drive my mother back in her car, Enterprise was more than accommodating there as well. I was able to drop the car off in another city with no issue, and save money since I returned it early.nEveryone I spoke with along the way couldn't have been more understanding and friendlier if they tried. I would 100% recommend Enterprise to anyone. Great product, easy to use apps and online services, and fantastic staff and customer service.

I've tried other rental car services, and Enterprise is the best. I can't go to any other service if there's a Enterprise center near by. The service was top notch at pick up and drop off. Fast and efficient.

I was having lots of trouble finding transportation after my car accident. The staff at enterprise was very understanding, friendly, and extremely helpful. Especially Alex in particular, he helped me with the reservation, getting insurance papers handled, and made sure everything went well with my rental. I really appreciate the great customer service and help from everyone at enterprise! Thanks x a million!

The pick up experience was great. The hours of operation were a little hard for me to work around but I managed. Staff was very prompt. I had the rental for approximately 6 weeks and upon return I was told that because of the debris on the floor mats that I would be charged a detail fee. I asked if I could use their vacuums and I would clean it myself and was told that wouldn't work. I chose to take the car to the Mr. Clean up the road and vacuum myself while racing the clock to get back by their 1:00 closing. I made it back with clean floor mats so I wouldn't be charged for detail. Huge pain and inconvenience.

Customer service here is amazing. The new online check in has streamlined pick up and allows for a fast process. Especially nice in the COVID environment. I would recommend again and again.
