I have had great experiences overall with this Hertz location! I've rented with them multiple times over the years. I prefer to only work with Helen. She always has a great attitude, positive customer service and goes out of her way for the customer. The location has other staff, but they (and no masks worn inside during Covid) are the reason for 1 less star. I will continue to rent from this location, and would recommend anyone looking to book or confirm their car do so with Helen.

Went in to pick up a rental and front desk wasn’t wearing a mask. I politely asked her to put in on and she gave me an attitude and put it on reluctantly. Then when I got in the car it reeked of smoke. Had to go in and make sure they weren’t going to charge me. Our hospital beds in the state are full the staff at this location should do there part to stop the spread.

Second time trying to book a car through this location. 2nd time I show up and they say they cant get the car, nothing they could do. Reserving online means nothing as they have little inventory and just call around to get a car from somewhere else. This latest time he said he would look for a car for me and call me back later in the day...never got the call. Thank goodness I already was securing another car somewhere else.

Went in today to pick up my rental. When the lady gave you the keys she said the car is clean inside and out and it was ready to go. Walked outside by myself found the car on my own open the door and it smelled like cigarette smoke and it was dirty. Walked back to go inside to let the lady know and the doors was locked. Waited for 5-10 for her to come and open the door. Told her the car was not cleaned and it smelled like smoke she said sorry I have to come back tomorrow because we don’t have no more cars. I asked her about car that was sitting next to the car she was trying to give me. she said that one needs a oil change. While walking back to the smelly car. The guy that was in the rental place got in that car.. ud83eudd14ud83eudd14ud83eudd14 Not happy that I had to drive in a dirty smelly car And she didn’t even help me. Just was told to come back tomorrow.

Picked up a rental that was reserved and paid for by an insurance company after my truck was damaged in an accident, the first vehicle I was given barely stopped and the brakes were grinding, they switched it out for another one which was extremely dirty and damaged in at least 4 places. About a week into the rental the brakes on this vehicle started grinding and I called them and told them and they told me “we don’t care if you don’t care, keep driving it and we’ll fix it when you bring it back”. They took a deposit from my card, then charged my card multiple times throughout the duration of the rental. the last time was 3 weeks after the vehicle had been returned and they ran my card for over $1,000 and can’t “find the reservation” to tell my why.
