This location RENTED me a vehicle knowingly which had issues. The rental was a rental AVIS paid for based upon a previous rental where I experienced bad customer service. The car I rented had bad tires and my tire blew out. Know one from AVIS called to apologize.nnPrior to my rental on this day I was contacted at 7:30 am and informed that my RENTAL was transferred because they gave all their cars to spring breakers. When I complained that the reservation had been made two weeks prior I was contacted at 11:30 am and told a car was just returned and it would be ready at noon.nnI was informed that my credit card would be charged $2.00 because the rental was FREE. However, the next day I discovered my charge was charged a $152.00 holding fee WHICH I have not been refunded.nnAs far as my safety and others I have asked the ROAD SIDE SERVICE to ensure that same vehicle is not placed back on the road.nnThis location is not a CORPORATE location and is privately owned. I suggest to retrain your employees on customer service and safety.

The cars were filthy! Neighborhood locations have always been a bit dirtier than airports, but it took three cars before I would even sit in one. Even then, there were visible spills, not stains, but actual food and sauces on the seats, steering column, and seat belt buckle. I immediately had to clean and disinfect the entire car before I'd even let my family sit in it. Unacceptable.

I had a awful experience at Enterprise, I came into AVIS with low expectations but Ashleys warm and welcoming demeanor quickly put a smile on my face. I really enjoyed the 4 runner but the great customer service was the most appreciated, especially during a stressful time.

Horrible experience.... when picking up my vechicle the lady in Lawrenceville was nice although after traveling our vechicle was terrible. Our windshield wipers didn't work and we were caught up in a horrible storm. Then our vechicle was making a horrible sound from the front end. Sound like it was coming out from under us. Really scared us. Made me scared for my life. I called Avis and spent Christmas day at Avis trying to return my vechicle for a new one. When I got a new one it had an expired tag on it so I was pulled over with my family in the car . I spent half of my vacation on the telephone. It was very embarrassing and cost me 2 full days of aggravation and embarrassing and life threathening moments. I have talked to the manager and the people there trying to be compensated for my aggravation and grief caused by this but have only be offer a free days rental. Im so disquisted with the way I've been treated. I've also lost 2 days of work!
