I have never rented a car from ANY rental company that REFUSES to answer their phone. On the day of my trip, I was super nervous before picking up my rental for that reason.nnSTRIKE 1: I called them several times and they never answered. When I arrived to pick up my rental, I heard the phone ringing and I saw them ignore ALL the phone calls. ud83dudc4enSTRIKE 2: They were NOT friendly at all and they were extremely unprofessional. ud83dudc4enSTRIKE 3: Lastly, the maintenance light on my rental started flashing while I was on my trip. ud83dudc4ennI will NEVER use this location again. Please do yourself a favor and choose wisely. Good luck!

At this place I booked month before for our family trip and right on same day before 3 hrs before pickup I got a call and told they don't have the mini van. I was left in the middle of nowhere without a help. I asked to talk to manager he said the manager will give me a call back. I called the customer service- no help as well. I truly don't recommend to rent a car with BUDGET!!!! Thank you for ruining our vacation ud83dude21!!!

Had a reservation for two box trucks and was set up 2 weeks ahead. I walked in and was told they had no trucks available and they had been trying to leave me a voice-mail. I confirmed the phone number but had no voice-mail. Only solution I was offered was we can call you when one becomes available. They never called

This is for the Lawrenceville location. The reviews here do not give it justice, absolutely great customer service and Taye was nothing but friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend coming here!

Horrible experience with budget and their company overall! I booked a 12 passenger months in advance for my children spring break. Come there to pick up no car, no help, no excuses! Sent us home. Called budget corporate they said to find a car and they will take care off! Email bounce can’t reach anyone and getting sent around from one representative to another!
