I had the worst experience at the Bethelview , Atlanta Rd, and the one at the Dawsonville locations. Dawsonville lady rep told me to call back at noon. I called that location back before noon and couldn’t even get a rep on the phone for over 1hr and a half when I hunged up and called them again they were closed. That’s just pure bs. When you guys starts valuing your customers maybe I’ll give you guys a try. Customers should be first but you guys do not know that and that’s why Hertz has my full respect and will be getting my money from now on.

I received a Toyota Corolla that was in atrocious condition. There were dents everywhere, the Toyota emblem on the front of the car was taped on, the seats were all completely stained and the floors had holes in the carpet.nnMechanically the car drove fine but it was in horrible condition and quite embarrassing to drive.nnIve never had a bad experience with Enterprise - until now.

Reserving the rental went very well. The person that helped me was very professional. I was under the impression that Enterprise was making an effort to help combat the transfer of the COVID-19 virus by ensuring the vehicles were thoroughly cleaned. The interior of the vehicle appeared to not have been cleaned at all, the instruments were hard to read due to grime that I had to wash off and the floors had not been vacuumed. I had to pull over and clean the front windshield due to whatever was used to wash the car, leaving a residue that made it impossible to see through the windshield when facing the sun.nnIn the past, I've had no issue with rentals from Enterprise, so I would guess this was not the normal, but I was highly disappointed.

I booked a pickup truck to help during moving small items for four days. The field office immediately called me to say that there are no vehicles. So I had to hire another truck from home depot by the hr for 3hrs on the day of the reservation. Then on the day of the reservation the agent called me to say that the truck is ready. So I took it also as I had more work to do. So in effect I lost $50 because this office doesn't know what they are booking! Then when I picked up the truck it had a bad smoke or weed smell. I did not complain as I need the truck badly. But that is ridiculous to give me a awful smelling truck even though they cleaned the exterior.
