Everything is 5 star!! Cleanliness!! Selection!!Customer service!! Sunil Harjani is the independent operator!! He is fantastic. He always is willing to go out of his way to find the car I want and save it for me to the best of his ability! The other staff members are terrific. I travel a lot and have many options and have been to hundreds of rental car facilities!! This one! Top 5 on my list! Two thumbs up & five stars! I pick them when in the area....EVERY TIME!! We had family come into town over the weekend, and we needed a car to fit all of us. I had reservations at the Hertz next door, but when I showed up, they had decided to close for the day with no notice.nnI walked into Avis/Budget with no reservation and explained my situation to Sunil, and not only was he able to help my with a rental to fit my needs, he did everything he could to get my price within a reasonable price compared to my existing payment with Hertz.

Excellent customer service! Clean, serviced minivan. My daughter left her air pods in the van, the owner found them and called me. This is my second time using this location. They are now my go-to place.

We had a reservation for prepaid minivan 2 weeks in advance for 8 days travel.I chose this agency since I had good experience with. When we came there was no Minivan and we got small car. I also over paid and the manger say I will get it back when returns. We needed to locate ourself another agency and switch the car in the middle of driving via the Avis customer care.nWhen we retinue car the manger say he can’t refund me and I need to contact the costumer care.nnI gave 3 since we had good expeearlier. This time it wasn’t good at all
