Don't bother wasting your time.nThe staff, I guess the manager or owner, is RUDE AF. They list cars available, but they're NOT available.nSuch a disappointment had to wait around, after being yelled at by the manager, only to be told the car I reserved online isn't available. Actually, NO CARS were available for rental because they needed service or they had not been returned.nnGo to Enterprise or Hertz. Save yourself
The best renting experience we've had. Great service. Smaller location so it's smart to call if seeking a particular vehicle. We will rent again.
Only rating a 4 because we waited a while for the car to be ready for us to take . We booked online for a sedan , for the waiting inconvenience we were upgraded to a 2019 rav4 WE LOVED with all the features . We had to extend a day to our visit out of town and the gentleman helped us out to arrange this . We thought we would help when we returned the vehicle by using my boyfriend’s detailing oriented business to clean the car vacuuming and cleaning surfaces . We returned the car in tip top shape and they took care of us . Would absolutely use them again but would call ahead of pick up time to avoid the wait next time . Thanks for making our trip home for the holidays possible!
