Enterprise was awesome! I recently had to have car repaired. Excellent customer service on the phone to arrange for rental and drop off. They brought the rental to me and allowed me to leave it at the repair shop when my car was ready for pickup. Highly recommend Enterprise!

Great and friendly customer service rep. Loved the car that had been selected for me to rent. ThanksnnI have been renting from this location for a couple of years! This location as become my most preferred for many reasons: the friendly customer service reps; the vehicle rentals are great; if the vehicle is available they always go above and beyond to meet my needs; the manager at this location is a responsive one (sent me thank you email); I really do appreciate all of the services I receive at this location. Keep up the great work! Happy Customer... Better service here than on the phone (they need some work)!

What started out as a 5-star experience, quickly did a 180 and earned this 1-star review. I’ve been back and forth to this location numerous times with the hopes of switching out the rental I’m currently in for something more comparable AND comfortable to the vehicle I drive. Each time I’d call before heading to their location (per their request) and each time I was told they could switch me into a premium vehicle comparable to my MAXIMA but instead all I received was lies upon arrival. It was either “I’m sorry we don’t have anything” or “I have a van or suv” neither of those are comparable to a 4-door premium sedan. This has wasted my time and the gas I keep putting into this rental for these wasted trips.

The vehicle was filthy on the exterior, and the driver's side seat must have been broken as my knees were in the dashboard and uncomfortably close to the steering wheel of this Nissan SUV Rogue. The manual seat was pushed all the way back. I returned it, but they had no solution, no other cars, and were disinterested regarding the above. I typically and often lease through National when I travel, which is often. My 1st negative experience renting a vehiclenn1 1/2 day later even after immediate contact by EP customer service stating their regional management would be in touch. No contact. Additional lack of concern and lack of urgency regarding customer care. Disappointing. My 1st negative this one very negative with any rental company and or Enterprise. However I’ve never used this office prior and won’t going forward. Johns Creek, GA EP office - never an issue.

This is a larger location that does a great job. Plenty of inventory and knowledgeable staff to assist you. I rent from them several times a month.nSpecial shout out to Ryan!
