Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I recently, had to use the Enterprise located on 3088 Piedmont Rd NE on February 27th, because my car’s window was busted open due to an vandalism attempt. I loved that this particular location had a representative that traveled back and forth to the collision repair shop. When I received the car it was nice and clean with a full tank of gas. My only complaint is when I returned the car. I had the car for a week and upon returning the car on February 5 at 5pm I realized I left my stepping ladder in the trunk. I called the location but it was closed during the time I called, so I called the following day. The representative said he would check the car and give me a call back. I never received a call back, so I called again on Monday. After some time on hold the representative claimed no one had seen the ladder. I found this hard to believe since it’s pretty big and took up most of the trunk space. The representative said he’d check and call back, but again no one did. Overall, my experience was good. The representative that took in my information made the process quick and simple. My experience with Enterprise in the past has been amazing. This was the first time an issue or left anything behind. My only advice for future users is to triple check the vehicle before handing over the keys, because your items probably won’t be returned back to you. The only reason I gave this location a 3 was due to the lack of customer service after the vehicle was returned.

When I rent a car it's always with Enterprise. The staff at the Piedmont location were very friendly and helpful. They were sure to abide by social distance standards imposed by COVID19. Checking was simple an easy. During my trip I needed to add an extra day. I called and it was added just like that. I never have to worry with my enterprise rental. They are located everywhere! Thankfully no problems arose with the car. It was presented to me clean and in good condition and dropped off the same way. Check out was also a breeze! You will always have my business. Thank you in aiding me in a smooth and enjoyable trip!

The Enterprise rental site at 3088 Piedmont Road were some of the most nice and helpful people I’ve ever rented from. When my compact rental turned out to be too small for my belongings, they upgraded me to a small pickup truck at a very reasonable price. And when I misunderstood the fuel agreement and filled the tank at return, they reimbursed me for what I paid for the gas. A big thanks to the employees at this site. You guys are great!!!

I rented a car for the holiday and the customer service from pickup to drop off was outstanding. The pickup process was seamless and Rory made my drop off quick and easy. I will definitely rent a car from this location again.
