This is probably the best service I have ever gotten from a car rental place. Amber was extremely kind and showed us true southern hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hertz.
I'm actually very surprised this place only has 2.6 stars... I've been renting from this office for at least a year straight and I have yet to have a bad experience. The cars are always clean and the service is great. They have a new management team, but so far, he seems to fit right in. It still feels like a little family in there. They are very helpful and always welcoming.
HORRIBLE!!! waited almost 2HRS to get picked up after they knew i was there @9am and the place is literally 4mins down the street

I wouldn’t recommend using this location. They never give you the type of car you reserved. And, everything is a hassle to make changes because they want more money for what you were supposed to get. I will never be a Hertz customer again. Complete rip off.
