The staff at Sixt was very accommodating and helpful! The renting of the car went smoothly except the car I was getting was not cleaned so it took a longer time for it to be brought to me. Then, they decided to give me an upgraded car since that car was really still not clean. The car I received was clean and a new Volvo but the owner's manual was not in it. You could get it online but it was difficult to find each of the subjects I needed help with! Having the owner's manual in the car would be GREAT! Thank you, Sixt! All in all, it was a good experience!

My rental experience was smooth...I had a small issue with my invoice that they resolved quickly and explained well. The vehicle was nice and well maintained..the customer service was AWESOME and the cost was very budget friendly! I will definitely rent again

Both rental cars have been nice and I’ve been satisfied with the condition and the experience. I’ve tried two locations in Atlanta and at both the associated were less than friendly. I booked a luxury car at both locations and neither honored the reservation. They both offered an upgrade, at my expense, and I declined. Then they nonchalantly told me what my ONLY option would be. I will say that the young lady at the Buckhead location was much more friendly than the lady at the Midtown store. It seems that that may be a company culture, so unfortunately I will not do business with Sixt again.nnBottom line: If all you care about it is a nice rental and an upgrade pitch every time you book, Sixt is a great option for you.nnBut if you you value the customer experience, I would go with a different rental service.

You never know what to expect from rental services, I was pleased to find the staff were knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions I had. I'm more than happy with the service I received. Keep up the great work. The Buckhead location screams excellence.

Reserved my car online and paid deposit when I get there they are going over what car I would like and after 10 min she says oh we have no more cars but for few hundred more we can give you a full size SUV , i explained please I have a wedding to get too I’m late while we’re talking back and fourth the teller next to me is giving people cars my rude teller tells me that’s what you get for reserving from Expedia a third party . I had to go to another rental place and get a car. Horrible service she just wanted to up sell me . Trust me go somewhere else the lady that claimed she is a manger seemed like she was enjoying how miserable I was and desperate I was to get to the wedding.
