We needed a vehicle in a hurry to replace our work vehicle. This location needs a cleaning of house. No one seems to like their job here and are extremely lazy and unhelpful. Most importantly, I picked up the rental from Atlanta and dropped it off at this Marietta location and the individual that checked the car in didn’t properly check the vehicle in. Subsequently, I received an unauthorized charge to my credit card because the same person failed to properly look over my rental agreement before deciding to charge my credit card. There needs to be something in place to keep customers from dealing with ill-educated people that has access to their debit/credit card information.

Receive the rental as schedule. Truck was clean and had fuel in it. Customer service was on point in pointing out damage to the vehicle.

Gonna edit my review here and just say I don’t recommend this location at all. And if you do, make sure you’re getting a clean car. And don’t have a tight schedule. Return was smooth tho.

This was by far the smoothest car buying experience I’ve had so far in my life. I was able to test drive a couple vehicles I had my eye on without anyone in the car (due to Covid precautions) and there was absolutely no haggling involved. You get a fairly brand new car (1-3 years old) with such low mileage. The prices are great! Bradley, Justin and Phil, I highly recommend going to if you’re looking for a new vehicle. They were amazing, insightful and extremely helpful. Don’t listen to everybody who says buying cars from a car rental place is a bad decision. Enterprise Car Sales is the way to go!
