They charged me a $100 cleaning fee for a supposed “smoke” or “cologne” smell (the woman flip flopped back and forth between whether the actual charge was for smoke or some sort of cologne). I DO NOT smoke. This is all after I received a car that had just been returned a few minutes prior and they didn’t have time to check/clean in between the time the guy dropped it off and I received it. And just the previous day, they had the car shut off while I was in possession of it and then could not get it turned back on for hours while I waited for them to fix it remotely. So yeah, this place is great if you like getting charged for a smoke smell when you don’t smoke, or a place that gives you a car without cleaning it first, or one that literally has your rental car shut off and then can’t get it turned back on for several hours. Worthless would be a more accurate name.
The customer service was AWESOME! Both of the ladies were respectful and worked really hard to make sure that my family and I had a vehicle that we would be comfortable in while traveling to NC! I would recommend this company to my family & friends. ud83eudd70ud83eudd70ud83eudd70
