Fourth rental of a large SUV for round trip to Virginia. Staff at the Marietta facility was always friendly, efficient and skilled. The first three rentals were without fault. On the fourth, I had problems with the vehicle, but Bri Sanders, the District Manager resolved those problems quickly to my satisfaction,

Will not rent here again! The customer service was horrible meaning the front desk staff Chris (a blonde hair lady) who is a big liar. I rented a car for a week, upon picking up the car I told Chris that I wanted to use my own full coverage insurance for the car. She stated that she wasn’t sure how exactly that goes and that it’s best to use their insurance until I speak with my insurance first to make sure they will cover the car. She stated she would make a documentation in the computer that I would be calling back Monday to removed their insurance and use my own. Before driving off with the car I did my walk through and I was told anything bigger then a golf ball wouldn’t be an issue. I noticed two scratches on the back bumper, scratches on the hood of the car and a hail size dent under the driver door. Which again they told me wasn’t an issue because it’s wasn’t bigger then a golf ball. So, today I call explain that my insurance would cover the car and I no longer want their insurance I would like to use my own. They told me not a problem and to just come back in and they would do a walk through of the car. I get here today and lying Chris tells me that the dent under the driver door is new and it’s bigger then a golf ball. Lies!!! She tells me that I would need to keep they insurance because if not I’m responsible for the damage. She also tells me that if I was to use my own insurance i wouldn’t be reimbursed for the prior days of me having the car. I’m pretty sure Chris knew all of this in the beginning. Not sure if she wants commission but this isn’t right.

Enterprise went out of their way to get the car thst I wanted.They drove all the way to Acworth, Ga. They have outstanding customer service. They practice social distancing as well as enforcing mask requirements, even leaving xtra disinfectant wipes in the car that I was renting. The employees as well as the manager are leading by example. Thank you Enterprise, 191 South Marietta parkway Marietta , Ga.

2 weeks back I attempted to rent from this location using my debit card and under the terms and conditions before going to this location, I was prepared with on hand verification; considering that I was using a debit card. I showed a cell phone bill and a gas bill (in which I could use according to the fine print) I was told that I couldnt use a cell phone bill which had my name and address on it matching the information on my government issued dl. Unfortunately this resulted to me not being able to get a rental that day. I've never had to deal with this out of all the years I've rented with enterprise. Everything is fast and ran so smooth and that they updated their system you're able to check in before arrival. I set another reservation to pickup now that allstar week is over and there were available cars. (I'm not sure why I decided to even attempt this location after receiving the customer service I received and the inconvience. To note, i wasnt greeted walking in, in which is what I'm use to from enterprise employees. They had one customer which was being attending to but after I was leaving some one was getting ready to come in and she ran so fast out the door to greet him. (It be your own people)). After reserving, a few hours before pickup. I was left the most condescending voicemail I have ever received from a business personal by the same woman who denied me from the beginning. This location is by far the worst location. I've been renting from enterprise since 25. I'm 32 now.  I am a platinum plus member and really enjoy the perks of renting with this company.  I ended up reserving (so that I could use my points) and picking up a vehicle from a location I've used in the past. Maybe it was because I was using my points  towards a week rental as to why I was discriminated  against. I would never I repeat NEVER rent nor recommend this location TO ANYONE. She was such a crab and her customer service was horrendous.

I have used Enterprise for 5 years w the only car rental company I trust. However my last experience with them was the worst. I needed a rental car to go to my grandmothers funeral. Last minute I made a reservation about 30 minutes to closing. I made the reservation online with the call center. I got there’ maybe 15-20 minutes to close. Once I arrived they told me the car I reserved had been taken by a walk in so they had to put me in another car but it had to be assessed and cleaned. So I’m waiting a guy comes out drives the car to the cleaning port cleans the car then drives it back to the parking spot the young lady walks me around the car points out a few damages and assure me they are noted but due to Covid she signed the tablet for me I got the keys and left I returned the car the next day dropped box return on a Saturday so the car sat Saturday from 5pm and I’m thinking until 8am on Monday. Here we are Wednesday and my deposit has not still been returned. I called Wednesday all day no answer. So I’m like ok Thursday it’ll be returned still no $200 credit. So I call 8:00am the lady tells me that my deposit is being kept because of the damages done to the car. The same damage I was assured was recorded. To add more insult to the situation I emailed the branch manager to send my corporate information and the appeal information she never replied to me. After googling corporate and sending them an e mail about what was going on they had a man terrace call me assure me he’d get all the facts and get back to me the next day at 3:00pm it is now Saturday night and I haven’t heard a thing from anyone at enterprise. No call when the Vehicle supposedly had damage caused by me in my deposit was being held. No call after the fact neither. Go to any other enterprise location but that one! For sure they aren’t right over there
