Quote you a price but charge you a lot more. Never use them again
They had a good selection of uhaul products, but the sales clerk was not knowledgeable on the products. We were told the wrong size ball hitch for the trailer and now have to replace the back door on our vehicle since the trailer popped off and put a hole through it. We were also told we had to pay for three days up front, but if we returned it that day we would receive a refund for the remaining 2 days. That was not the case. To sum it up, uhaul products are great, but dont trust the word of the sales clerk. Instead read the fine print on the paperwork and check the uhaul website for ball hitch sizes that are compatible for the trailer you are renting.
