Never had problems here. They detailed the Van right before I got in and that thing was absolutely spotless. They were able to accommodate my insurance rental even during an extreme surge of demand/shortage of rentals. The employees here seem to have a good attitude and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Note: If you're renting a vehicle because of an insurance claim make sure you let them know because they will help you through the process. Hope this helps!

We made a rental car reservation with our local branch. Upon arrival, they were in the process of renting the car we had reserved to a walk in customer. Of course, we were then informed that they didn't have the vehicle we reserved. Why they hell do you make a reservation if not to RESERVE the vehicle? They did have one vehicle available, (not at all the model or even type we reserved) that had just been returned. We had to end up waiting for them to clean and prep it and wasted plenty of time. I have always rented from Enterprise, and may still do so in the future, but definitely NOT from the clowns that run this local branch.

Great experience, took wonderful care of the whole transaction. Arrived and in under 5 minutes I was in a rental with no issues. Drop off was seamless also, dropped off keys and walked away and they handled everything. Will definitely reach out to them if ever I need a rental again!!

Although the car was in great condition and the person who helped us was very nice we will NEVER rent from Enterprise again. This is the second time that we have had a bad experience with the money side of things. This time we got charged twice for our rental. They said the charge was reversed but the funds are still held up in our account. It terrible to have over $1000 held up in our account when we are going out of town.
