This place is ridiculous. We had a reservation since beginning of November (almost 4 months). Got a confirmation email two days before pick up saying car was ready. Four hours before we pick up the car, we received a call stating they had no cars available. Would not answer ANY questions, just kept saying over and over to call Customer Service. We had to rent another car for almost double at the last minute. Called customer service could not get anyone on the phone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
What an experience! If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude rude rude owner. Did not have my car and priceeds to be rude to me about it. Of all the times I have spent money at this location and I get treated like garbage?! I should have known when my last rental reeked of smoke and had 4 of those perfume christmas trees on the rear view. No thank you. Don't rent from here.
The employees were great however they wouldn't take an out of state license. I guess the rules and regulations suck
Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance. Wanted a Suv. Reservation was confirmed. I went to pick it up, the gentleman there was very rude. Said the only thing I can have is a mini van. I said that is not what I reserved, he said its an upgrade , and that is all he had.nFor those reading these reviews (which i wish I had first). The rental car wreaked of marijuana and the “Manager” Nelson is easily agitated and not helpful at all.
