Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Right from the first phone call, the folks at this Enterprise made this an excellent experience. Very informative on the call, picked up the car with a little wait. Everything was explained and off I went. The return was left at the paint shop and I called to make sure that was OK. More positive interaction and we were done. This was a great customer experience.

I've had a reservation for over 6 weeks for upcoming vacation. Renting a minivan for a week for $386, when I went to confirm the reservation and give credit card I mistakenly cancelled when all I wanted to do was modify the reservation. I immediately, that moment, called the main office to get the error fixed however they refused. They told me sorry but now you have to accept current rates which now put the rental at $611 from $386. I begged for them to just fix what I messed up less than 5 minutes ago. I spoke to Lilly #E543KS who plainly told me she would not adjust the rate, when I asked to speak to her boss she said no, her boss doesn't take phone calls. So I'm supposed to leave tomorrow morning but will not be using enterprise since they nearly doubled my rate in a matter of moments while trying to input my credit card number for an easier a.m. pick up. P.s. we have always loved and enjoyed the service from This location. The lady I spoke to wasn't even in the state of FL but from the main office in MS I think. Since this is Sunday she was the only one available to speak to.

Highly recommend. The staff was so helpful to get me a pick-up service. Everyone was highly professional without being pushy with additional coverages that I didn’t want. Superb customer relations! Even the pick-up drivers and car cleaning personnel had a way of making you feel welcome; that no request or need was ever an inconvenience or interruption to them.

Great service! Very thorough customer service by staff. When we returned our rental car a kind employee drove us a couple of miles back to our residence!
