I called days ahead. He took my name down and said we can get you from airport i said not necessary. Took info from me for Sunday 9am.I called this am aww, i wrote you down for yesterday not today and we have no cars sorry. Really what kind of a business is this? Cheap is only truth in this guy. Highly do not recommend this jerk! Glad i didnt need to be picked up at airport! Ridiculus. Ill be contacting BBB of Florida. A 1 rating is too generous

I have used this particular rental car and I love it, loooove it. The gentleman, Bill is very sweet and nice and will always have my business along with referrals for other looking to rent.
I am curious where Tom is renting cars for 93 dollars a week sounds like to good to be true.
Says they accept debit cards and he does not! Major credit card only! He was nice when I called to inquire. When I called back to settle into a rental, he was short, snide, and said major credit card only. There wasn't a need to judge me for not having one. I feel this is extremely discriminatory considering most financially intelligent people do not use or even own a credit card for good reasons.
