The vehicle I reserved was not available. I was asked to come in 45 minutes later I did. When I did arrive I was asked to take a different vehicle and pay almost double. Then I was asked when did you make the reservation. You don't criticize the customer because you don’t have the stock in place. If you make a reservation and the car is not there you make an alternative decision or lose the sale. Finally we were given a vehicle at the price reserved. Now we decided to upgrade the vehicle returning it one day early and pay the price for the upgrade. Enterprise did not want to make the adjustment. So they charged us for a vehicle we did not have and for the vehicle we did have. According to the state commission on billing it must be in writing, if there are NO refunds and credit adjustments. The manager at 18990 NW 2nd Ave. was not professional. I need to speak with the corporate office. This location makes plenty of sales. So is the practice to treat customers differently at this location? Just treat people with respect. Just these past few weeks my family spent a lot of money at this location. Don't take advantage of people. Give an adjustment when the customer is due one. If I was at another location in a different area would the treatment be the same. Also re-train some of the representatives, they should not criticize are reprimand customers, especially when it comes to age, income and race. We all have the right to READ your policies and car rental contracts.

Terrell was EXCELLENT! HE DESERVES A PROMOTION. HIS PROMPT, ATTENTIVE SERVICE IS BEYOND ANY I HAVE EXPERIENCED SINCE RENTING CARS FROM YOUR COMPANY. HIS TONE AND DEMEANOR WAS CALM WHEN DEALING WITH THE CUSTOMERS BEFORE ME, AND HE WAS EARLY TO OPEN THE BUSINESS WHEN I DID MY RETURN ON SATURDAY. HE IS VALUABLE AND A GEM. THANK YOU ENTERPRISE

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! My reservation was for for $230 for 3 days, when i got there they told me that due to high demands they couldn't honour my reservation and they were going to charge me $130 more. I even called corporate right in front of them. The costumer service agent on the phone even told me that they still have to honor my price. I ended up going to another location where I explained to them my situation and they themselves told me that this location should have honoured my reservation price. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE THAN THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO.

The worst Enterprise! Very unprofessional and unethical. Within the past 2 months they’ve done nothing but drop the ball and don’t even care to TRY to rectify any issues. I’ve made reservations at this location 2x and was told 2hrs before my reservation time that they don’t have any vehicles available. They won’t even try to find a store that may have the vehicle that you may need or any other vehicle. Mind you I’ve made reservations weeks in advance at that. They don’t even try to at least place you in a different vehicle so that you’re not left stranded. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I would highly recommend to avoid this Enterprise.nnFirst off the pick up was a nightmare. I had a reservation for 9AM. When I showed up there were no cars available and I was told “about 15 minutes and there will be a car available” for about 3 hours. Once I received a car it smelt like a cigarette butt and no one wanted to deal with it.nnThe drop off was even worse. I showed up at 2:55 as my car was due back at 3. The gate was closed and I walked in and was spoken to rudely by an employee telling me I could not return the vehicle as it was late. I proceeded to open the rolling gate and 3 vehicles waiting proceeded to entered and the gate was closed as I was trying to enter. I was told my vehicle was not allowed to be returned and if I had left it I would be responsible.nnI have never dealt with such an unprofessional and rude group of employees before. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had renting a car.
