I found this shop on various Audi forums, and it couldn't have been a better place. I called multiple service centers to get quotes for my 75K routine service, and Cub was the only one able to give me a quote on the spot. Not only that, but his ~$850 estimate was substantially lower than the $1300-$1500 I've been hearing from other places. He was able to tell me over the phone exactly what needed to be done, and I ended up paying almost exactly what he quoted me.
