The customer service was excellent, the car was great and the price was great. If I need another car to rent this is the place to go. They treat you well and give you a great, well cleaned car.

After Candace left this location has gone downhill with everything. Customer service is subpar and the vehicles are seldom cleaned. They smell like smoke and if you request a new vehicle they treat you as though you the issue. If I could give them no stars I would.

During these very trying times with covid, you would think a rental vehicle would be extremely clean. We had to go to the 4th car to find it acceptable. The original rental was filthy, including the windows. Didn't make us feel good to get in one. Very disappointed in Avis.

Filthy vehicles. I was assured a clean car with Covid. The attendant went through 4 cars before I was given one that looked reasonably clean.

Candice' service was WONDERFUL, the car? Not so much. I've never seen a rental in this condition, not even if it was at low class provider. There was a large dent in the roof. The antenna was broken and the GPS didn't work so I had to use a LOT of data. There were paint splatters and stains on the black interior. A service light came on several times. To top it off the tags were expired. Candace explained that they were out of cars. I had to rent this car 2 days before my trip as this happened July 3. I also called corporate Avis contact about this but my call was never returned. This is completely unacceptable. How am I to recommend Avis if cars are in this condition? Your reputation has taken a nose dive with me!
