I'm a Farm Bureau member with the Ashland Office where my original agent was Bobby Chiles. Since Bobby's retirement I have dealt with Chris Adams, mainly on the phone, with regard to my home and auto insurance. Recently my wife and I decided to obtain life insurance policies and have met with Chris on several occasions at his office.. I have to say that Chris is exactly the person you want representing your company. Chris shows genuine interest in getting to know you as a person as well as a customer and by doing so he provides you with the best options for your insurance needs. If you are searching for insurance I highly recommend that you contact Chris and give him a chance to be your agent!

Love FB! Chris Adams and his team are very responsive and helpful. If I need adjustments to my polices, Chris is always reliable. I know I can call him if I ever get in an accident or have a problem with my home and he will respond to me quickly. You can't get that with an 800 number!
