If you want to have your reservation made on the wrong date and have someone not stand bye their mistake and make it right, these are your guys. They won’t let you down, they’ll even hang up on you to polish it off. Well done John, well done.

Rented car for 2 days to return home.. Asked for a compact and when I got there to pickup my reservation all they had was a Canary Convertible.nIt ran great but to my surprise it cost me 500 dollars instead of the 200 I ordered... I surely was not happy since I gave them 2 week notice with my reservation.

I have used Enterprize many years and am generally pleased with the experience. The staff is friendly and the vehicles are reliable and clean and safe. The one problem I have had several times is that I specifically request a class of vehicle and then learn that a vehicle of that class is unavailable when I show up to the office, even though is has been specifically reserved, even in an in-person visit. In some cases that is unacceptable due to the vehicle's intended use or distance to be driven, etc. I do not like this at all, since I feel that I have no confidence that I will get the class of vehicle that i reserved.

The folks at this location really stood out for their efforts to ensure the rental process was quick, easy, and efficient. John had me ready to go in no time and really went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the car and the service, which I absolutely was. They're right off Route 1 in Ashland, and I will definitely be renting from them whenever the need arises in the future.
