I typically rent from enterprise, but when they had no cars available I decided to give these guys a try and I was not disappointed. They had my vehicle full of gas and ready to go when I came in for my reservation. The return process was very quick and easy. I’m not sure of the name of the employee who helped me, but he was very professional and efficient!

This was the WORST experience! When I got there, the agent used the upsell technique on me and before I knew it, I was getting charged for a service I DIDN'T ASK FOR! I DID NOT TELL THAT MAN YES to anything he said! So I called their office on the next day which was a Saturday and no one answered the phone. Typical! I called again later that Saturday and of course, they were closed. I called my insurance agent and he said they were NOT supposed to charge me for anything else but ONLY for the deposit. Hertz gave me the runaround. First they said they couldn't handle my case because the case was open and to wait until it closed. So I did. So I called after it had closed and they told me they couldn't handle it because the case was closed. Yeah are you confused? So am I. I'm usually a mild-tempered person, but they were making me lose it. I will tell anyone reading this, DO NOT USE HERTZ! RUN AWAY IF SOMEONE SUGGESTS THEM! Wish I had of read the reviews before agreeing to use their service. 0 stars is what they deserve.

The facility is old but undergoing an update. Few cars but very good customer service.

I went here to pick up my rental on Monday. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and cold towards me. She kept giving me an attitude. I had been out of town all weekend and my license was over by one day. They refused to help me. Finally when I had enough I told the lady how I felt. She responded by calling me “a racist mother f):&-er.” And chased me out of the building threatening me. Went to enterprise they took care of me. Don’t bother going here, pick enterprise. Such unprofessional behavior from this company. I called corporate and it has been three days and they haven’t done anything. Such a terrible company. Don’t go here!!
