Had a great experiance from booking, pick up, extended days and drop off, car was amazing and in great shape!

Usually use enterprise, brought the car back full like I was supposed to and they tried charging me 19$ for the 1.1 gallon of gas that was apparently less in the car when I brought it back. They only refunded me 11$ so I paid almost 9$ for a gallon of gas even though it was full and I brought the car back a hour early.

Normally I rate as a 10 but for this rental I guve a 7 due to the fact that when I picked up the rental both employees appeared to be angry and not happy with their work. They took that problem out on cuatomers by displaying a negative attitude. I dont think they were happy about working on a Sunday.

I called to ask what Budget had at their Four Mile Fork location. Every car they had available -- according to the young female on the phone -- cost in the area of $90/day. When I went to their Website, imagine my surprise when the prices were around $45! Could have knocked me over with a semi.nnI did NOT make an on-line reservation -- I fully expected to arrive at Four Mile Fork to be greeted with the unhappy news that the Website was wrong and that ohh boo-hoo all they had were the $90-per-day compact cars. No, wait -- the compact cars were only $88. What a cost savings.

cars are still not that clean- there is no way to rent cars to people and clean them thoroughly when you have ONE PERSON RUNNING THE ENTIRE FACILITY- IT CAUSE PPLE TO BE LATE IN PICKING UP AND RETUNING BECAUSE OF THE LINE- THE CAR WAS STILL DIRTY INSIDE- HAD TO CLEAN IT MYSELF- WINDOWS NEVER GET CLEANED! HIRE SOME HELP TO DO A BETTER JOB AND EXTEND YOUR HOURS. 4 PM IS EXTREMELY EARLY- HIRE A CLEANER FOR THE CARS
