Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Luckily got the last car on the lot even with a reservation. The check in was quick and easy. The employee was friendly. The car was clean.nnI only have two complaints - Enterprise no longer gives you a car with a full tank which makes it more difficult to make sure you return the car with the same amount of fuel. The second complaint is about another employee who was rude while we were waiting to pick up our car. She came in to the building and snapped at us and asked us to wait outside in the heat. we were off in a corner by ourselves not bothering anyone and no one else had a problem. Honesty, I deducted 1 star just because of her.

Made an appointment 3/4 days in advance, called the say before to go the details.... arrived to the sales person and manager trying to get me to purchase other vehicles for 2 hrs 2 HRS!!! To be told the car I originally came to purchase was sold. This is just is not how business should be done! If u see a car buy it online don’t even go into the dealership it’s a scam like so many other places!

Sara Bacon did Great job in helping me get the vehicle I wanted when you come in ask for Sara also the customer is great the manger and team made you feel comfortable and welcome if your look for a vehicle this is the place to come thanks a lot I really appreciate it.

I called to the Enterprise on Jefferson Davis Highway for a 15 passenger van on Saturday morning (6 March). The rep stated they had one available but I would need to return it on Monday. I wanted to return it Sunday so he checked the Lassen Lane office. He informed me they had the 15 passenger van available and I could return it Sunday morning. He took my information and sent me a confirmation email. He even asked me if I wanted text messages regarding my rental and I accepted. I drove over an hour to get to the Lassen Lane office just to be told, “we tried to call you to tell you we didn’t have that van available”. I told them no one called my phone. The employee stated they “tried calling the 1-800 number that’s on file”. I’m not sure why he thought I had a 1-800 number or how that incorrect information got there. They told me they only had a 5 passenger which wouldn’t work for me. I had reservations for my twins 16th birthday and they had 6 other friends with them. The female employee called someone then told me she had a premium SUV that would be there in 30 minutes. I waited but was then told I couldn’t use my debit card. Since it’s a premium vehicle, they only take credit cards. I asked if I could use someone else’s card and she said yes. I called my mom only for the employee to then tell me, “they have to be here to swipe their card, we can’t take it over the phone”. So that was a no go. To top it all off, a gentleman walked in and asked, “did she get straight?”. I asked the employee was he talking about me? She stated, “oh yes, we told him if you didn’t get the SUV that he could get it”.nThis office showed a complete disregard for my time and needs. I wasted 3 hours just to drive back home without a bigger van to take my kids and their friends out for their birthday. I lost money due to non-refundable reservations. The rep on the phone submitted incorrect information and actually reserved a 7 passenger van for me but they didn’t have that either. They were unorganized, unconcerned, unprofessional and unable to fulfill the commitment of my reservation. Mad, frustrated, annoyed don’t even begin to describe how I felt. Please be aware of booking and driving a long way to pick up. Be sure they have what you want.

In my recent two car rentals, all three staff (at different times) were CONSISTENTLY POLITE, FRIENDLY, and TRANSPARENT.nnFirst rental, Holly was great in explaining details that she found important for customers to be aware; thus, preventing shockers. I like the transparency. Excellent PR.nnSecond rental, Ryan (I think) had an easy going mannerism. He was not put off and kindly complete the 1st rental as I needed a clean receipt for company reimbursement vs transferring refundable deposit to 2nd rental. Excellent Customer Care.nnLastly, drop off was quick & easy. I don't know his name. A possible manager. But he was also polite, courteous and efficient, arriving 2-3 hrs before store open. Took my keys and sure enough I got receipt of my car return same day. EFFICIENCY!
