I was kindly greeted and asked if I needed any refreshments as soon as I entered the dealership. Jeremy Lower and his co-workers helped me through the buying process and made it an enjoyable, stress-free experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Great customer service picking up and dropping off!
They made the process very painless and quick. They picked me up from Parrish anto and took me to pick up my car.. The selection of cars was limited. The one I got was too large for me and I was told she should have some returns by the end of the day and she would switch me to something smaller. I came back about 3 hours later and she had something for me. The service is great.
Great service and very professional people! Rachel made arrangements for me to obtain the right size car in a timely matter. When I had a flat on the rental, they sent roadside service thar arrived in just 15 minutes after I called. Thank you ! Definitely ud83dudc4d recommend this place for a rental. Been going to this location for 10 years.
Quick turnaround service. My only feedback is I had to ask to have the interior windows cleaned. It was obvious they hadn't been cleaned or it had residue from previous cleaning because it was hard to see inside just from standing outside of the vehicle.
