I waited 30 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. Then was told they couldn't help me with a simple oil change, at 3pm on a Thursday. No customer should ever enter and occupy a place of business for 30 minutes without even being acknowledged. You know what Jiffy Lube has that you don't? Proper staffing, and customer service that is specifically designed to greet you the second you drive up. Plant some young person who's desperate for work at your desk, all they have to do is say hello and whether you have time for the person who walks in, and maybe next time a brand new potential customer walks into your business, they won't feel the need to advertise your inability to do your jobs properly.

Claims camber will make your car pull hard to the right. I've lowered and cambered dozens of cars and have had them aligned with no issues. The alignment rack they use is not calibrated properly. Brought my car to another shop for re work and it's perfect now.
Josh and Dylan always take incredible care of my car. They are honest and helpful each time I enter. I am so appreciative of them. I’ve been going to this Meineke for several years and I never feel like I am being taken advantage of. Prices are extremely competitive and they explain each detail of the plan and offer alternatives before moving forward. Cannot recommend them enough!!
Stopped in without an appointment. The guys got us in and out. It was very clean, professional, and thorough! Would definitely recommend.
