Book a car online for 8am the next day, arrive at 8am and they tell me no cars available to until noon. Come back at noon and they tell me all the returned cars need oil changes and they dunno when a car will be available. I guess being the only rental place in town allows you to have sub par service.

As usual, the rental car was clean and in excellent shape. The service at my local site was courteous and friendly. My issue was with Enterprise policy: in order to drive a car one way, you have to rent it for three days and pay a HUGE drop off fee. In my situation, the rental was about $150, but the drop off fee was about $350. My mother died, and I needed to drive to the next state to settle her affairs, which included driving one of her cars back home. I only needed the rental for the one way drive. Enterprise would not work with me. I find this policy appalling. I have been renting cars for 10 years from Enterprise, but may never rent from them again. [email protected]

Needed a rental for my Grandson (25 years old) to drive to Lubbock TX Airport to catch his flight back to Houston Tx. I was told he could not rent a vehicle here in Clovis NM (110 mi to airport) because his License was from out of state. He is a Paramedic assigned to an EMS Station outside of Houston. Poor service, poor rules and regulations and probably expensive as hell!!! Unsatisfactory service rating from my perspectiveud83dude0eud83cuddfaud83cuddf8
