I had a damaged mirror. They gave me professional treatment and the work was top - notch. It looks ĺike it came straight from. The factory. They are good people and do good work and treat you fairly. I highly recommend this body repair shop. I have used them 4 o 5 times. 5 stars every time

This place is beyond fantastic, great staffs❤ufe0f I remember looking for an auto body shop because my mother’s car was severely damaged. I was of course worried, unsure of whom I should let fix the car. I then came across this shop, I’ve checked their reviews so I finally give them a call. I was asking questions and Heather who happened to answer my call sounded so proficient and knowledgeable over the phone. It’s like something automatically tells me that I’ve found the right place. Heather was very, kind, friendly and understanding. After I’ve gotten to the shop, We spent 3 and a half hours over the phone with my mother’s insurance co. I was so frustrated at first, but Heather made me feel calm, literally listen to her telling me that we’re going to get through this. Her coworker was also helpful (forgot his nameud83dude1e) Overall, it was a long process but it was absolutely worth it. 10 Starsud83cudf1f✨⭐ufe0f✨⭐ufe0fud83cudf1f⭐ufe0f✨⭐ufe0fud83cudf1fud83eudd29 I will definitely recommend this place. Highly highly highly recommend! Body damage on rear quarter panel of my Land Rover. In & out in 4 days... Looks brand new, incredibly fair price, and excellent staff - Ask for Juan. There's no one better in Columbus to deal with than him.

This will be the third time that I’ve taken my car to get fixed. Every time they have done an excellent job and I couldn’t see anymore damage on my car. Heather is awesome at the north high location. I definitely recommend this body shop if your looking for value and quality!

After a poor body repair at a competitor, I came to Fineline Auto Body - North High for an assessment. They were able to do an outstanding repair of the other shop's mistake. Juan was excellent and got the car taken care of faster than I expected. Heather was great and highly efficient. I highly recommend using Fine Line Auto Body - North High for any body repairs big or small.
