Katie Curry and Stacey Belt are amazing. We had a reservation that for some reason was not showing in the system. They told us no worries and took great care of us. They got us the mini van we needed and had us in and out in 10 minutes. These ladies need a raise! Great customer service.
Will never give this company my own money. My personal vehicle was involved in an accident. At fault persons insurance scheduled a rental car for me while my vehicle is in the shop. Enterprise called me and scheduled a pickup date and time with me at the repair shop. Come day of repair, I’m left stranded at the shop with no pickup. Called and they said the pickup was never scheduled. They told me I would have to wait another hour before they would come get me. I instead ubered to their location. They then gave me a car with grinding brakes. I called them to swap out the car because it’s obviously not safe to drive and they told me to go to another location to get another vehicle. No other help or anything. Terrible service.
TOO TOO MANY TIMES where I get up there and it’s always something the communication level is terrible they run out of cars and tell you at the last minute And didn’t tell nobody they changed the policy. I go to you guys thinking it would change, gotta do better
I reserved a car the night before with reservations. I was EXTREMELY clear that I needed picked up about 530pm. They said it was no problem since the location I need picked up at is 10 minutes away and the enterprise office is open until 6pm. Well I called to give someone the address and he said they WILL NOT pick up anybody after 5pm regardless of house close the pickup location is. Very poor communication within their own company. Now day of, I have to cancel my trip because enterprise doesn’t know the rules of its own offices.
Very efficient and friendly service. The online portal was user friendly as well.
