Quick car pickup Great Staff always friendly!! But take time to check your vehicle!!! The brakes could be bad or not cleaned properly inside!

My experience working with Lyft was horrible. Because Pep Boys' & Hertz's (owned by same Company, as is, Pep Boys) their Customer Service & Employee Relations are Unprofessional.nI was mis-lead about procedures. Lied to about actions, or non-actions of Reps. not dealing with issues presented. Dismissive attitudes when trying to explain situations. Rolling their eyes, as in not believing me. Laughed at. And then I was sold defective products that they wouldn't accept as return. It was just a horrible experience from all 3 entities. Not recommended by me, at all, ever. And good luck to drivers!nYou DESERVE & NEED Union Representation.

CHARGED over $300...Rented a 2018 Nissan Altima on a Monday, and the electrical went out on Wednesday. Reported to Hertz & Lyft, and was told to bring car to Pep Boys, got an appt for Friday. Pep Boys determined it was a dealership issue and not fixable. Turned car into Hertz the same day, and received a Kia Optima with metal on metal brakes and tire was flat by evening. Reported to Lyft and brought back to Hertz on Monday when they opened. Because there is NO WEEKEND SUPPORT. Hertz forced me to driver car with flat tire, and said i was responsible for cost of tire after it went flat on me the same day I picked it up. Now Scott at Hertz said there is nothing he can do and it is all on me to cover over $300 in fees for two broken vehicles they rented to me.

You have to be carful guys when Signed in to this program. Lyft rate per mile for express drive, rental car, is $0.26 less from the rate if you have your own car and that will not be mentioned in the orientation.nLet us have an Exmaple:nif you work full time with rental car and you drive like 150 miles a day that means Lyft will take from you 150* $0.26= $40. So what’s that means?nIt means your paying $40 a day plus the weekly fees which $219 or $239 for hybrid plus tax for both comparing to drive your own car.n$40 a day means $1200 a month.nFinally, So go to your Lyft app >>>dashboard and then card rate, you will see per miles if you have your own car and per miles for express drive. See the differences and make your calculation.
