To begin with, I had a reservation for 8 seater premium SUV made for labor day long weekend. I was surprised when I reached enterprise to find, I was offered only 7 seater which had very few luggage space as well leg room. When asked for 8 seater premium SUV, I was said no other options available. With everything booked for my 3 day trip, can't cancel any other bookings and finally had to just go with 7 seater given to me, but all through the trip really had very bad travel due to lack of space. Enterprise ruined my trip because of this.
We rented a Mazda for our 13 day trip to the Pacific Northwest from the Renton Highlands, WA location on . Positives: Rental was much less than from airport location, Rental agent was friendly, pick up went quickly, after hours drop off was convenient, car was clean. Could have been better: No shuttle from Airport, cruise control was not working in vehicle.
Overall my experience was good. I’ll go back and use them again. My only hang up was I chose to return the car with a full tank and would get charged if it didn’t happen but I got the car with the tank just over half full. I feel like all rentals should come with a full tank. Then, I recently moved and my address on my ID didn’t match something (I still don’t understand what) so I couldn’t use my debit card. I had to use my credit card. (Which has the same address as my debit card) I didn’t have it with me. So, I could use my debit card if I showed them a utility bill or a pay stub.... ....seriously? All bc I didn’t have my credit card?
I had rented a minivan for a very good price. The lady was very nice. These guys beat any prices that I know. Cars are very good and new. I loved it.
Super helpful and kind. Best customer service I’ve had at enterprise- this location puts customers first.
