Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They were short of cars and did not have selection but I made the reservation this morning. They gave me a free upgrade so I good. Service was great!

I was going to actually give 5 stars. Car was nice. That's it!!nSomeone hit my car so I needed a rental. I put the hold on my credit card BUT WAS VERY CLEAR I WANTED TO PAY FINAL INSURANCE PAYMENT ON MY DEBIT. CLEAR AS DAY!! I I even said it multiple times to the guy that finalized everything.He said no problem they were waiting for the insurance company to pay the extra day for the rental and they would give me a call to come in and pay it on the debit.So what did they do, charge my credit card.nNow I'm inconvenienced to go to the office so they can retract the charge on my card and put it on the debit.nThe Answer I got was you can always just leave it on the card and pay it. Or come in. She was very flat about the whole situation.like it didn't really matter.No customer service manners at all. Just the oh well to bad attitude.nI'll never rent from Enterprise again and I rent alot from them.nNow the lame reply from the company about how sorry they are and how I can just come in and they will fix it.nThat's not the point.The point is it should have never been put on my card in the first place.nNo communication or idea how to treat customers.nRent somewhere else because this office is terrible

Great experience! The girl that worked there was by herself and got me and another guy out really fast and was extremely nice!

The office was very nice and beyond accommodating. They dropped off a car for me at a body shop for me so I would not have to get a ride to and from. Everything was set up very smooth and very timely!

The rented vehicles are usually very new with low mileage and in very good condition.
