Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I don`t know if it was AAA`s fault. I was supposed to get picked up today, Sunday. You aren`t open. They said it was all set. I guess I have to call everyone myself since I can`t reply on people.

I never rent from any other company. I've never been disappointed at any Enterprise location, but the service I received at this location is the best I've ever experienced! Caroline was a tremendous help, and the vehicle was tip top!

Ryan had the exact type of vehicle I asked for. It was detailed by Ryan himself, and it was spotless! Any and all questions were answered immediately and efficiently. When I wanted to extend my rental time, it was granted with no unnecessary issues. My security deposit was returned with no obstacles. I would highly recommended Enterprise and ask for Ryan!

The guys were SO nice! The cars are clean, well maintained and run smooth. Unlimited miles! It was really a fantastic experience and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I cannot say enough great things about Enterprise Springvale/ Sanford Maine Branch. John Arno the Branch Manager that I've had several personal interactions with during the auto rental process has been nothing short of fantastic, John has always been outstanding at getting me into a vehicle at the last minute, He iss knowledgeable in all aspects of the Enterprise rental process, Kind, polite, sincerely a nice gentleman. All the staff that I've had interactions with from the gentleman preparing the cars for the road. To the Wonderful Staff that do the pick up and or drop off at your home or place of business, yes correct, Enterprise will bring the vehicle of you choose to rent to your home and/ or work.. That in itself for me personally is a huge plus.. As I stated all Employees I've ever had the sincere pleasure of meeting at Enterprise Springvale/ Sanford Branch are all top knotch business people, but also humanbeings that understand how far a smile, and a thank you go with the public that rent their vehicles,. Every car I have rented from Enterprise has been nothing shy if extremely clean, safe and for as long as I need to rent a vehicles it will always be Enterprise Springvale Maine Branch.. Also Enterprise sells the vehicles that they've taken out of rotation to rent, for great prices, and great warranties.. thanks everyone at Enterprise Springvale/ Sanford Maine Branch you all are the Best.
