Renting a car from Enterprise was a great experience. The staff at Enterprise were very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. I would definitely rent from the Derry NH location again.

I rented a car from the Derry location and had a wonderful experience. Originally I was renting from Salem, but they didn't have a car large enough for my family. The man in Salem was kind enough to call the Derry location and talk to Jake Horst who was able to find me a vehicle large enough. From the booking time to the drop off, Jake was always available to answer questions. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe during this Covid-19 period with keeping his space, wearing a mask, talking to me outdoors and cleaning the vehicle before I got in. When I dropped the car off and had questions about the tolls my EZPass didn't pick up, he directed me to a 1800 # to make sure the citations were paid. Overall, it was a great experience and I would rent from them over and over again.
