Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Hooksett branch was awesome! Excellent customer service! Derry told me they couldn't get me a car that day, even though Hooksett easily just called another location. Manchester told me they would have to call me back. Hooksett was the only one who helped me and they went above and beyond in every regard!

Best experience with a car rental I've had in years. I wish this team worked at an airport office too.

Mixed review. The staff at the store was friendly and helpful. However, Enterprise's central phone system was terrible. The people did not listen to what I needed. Ended up telling me inaccurate information & available services that are not available on the weekends. In addition I received (4) different costs for the same rental car. Online quote was one price, the number the store clerk gave me was different (higher). I was sent another price via email that was between the previous costs. I returned the car 2 days early & the final price was back to the first price.nApparently they can change the cost of your rental whenever they like, even during the rental period. Be sure to double check everything with Enterprise's phone & online information. You will get different answers, information & costs, each time you talk to someone. It would be nice if Enterprise trained their phone service personnel to provide accurate & consistent answers as to company policies.

Ryan was incredibly helpful when I had issues with my car. He fixed the problem quickly, professionally, and with good humor. The service was impeccable and I'm grateful to him for making everything work out.
