Excellent customer service, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and safe experience. Further, Mike in the Marquette office tracked down my camera, which I had left in the rental car, and arranged for it to be posted back to me! Wouldn't hesitate to use this company next time I'm in the UP.

Fantastic customer service! It was super quick from the time we went to the counter and were driving away in our car. Zac even helped take some of our luggage to the car which has never happened to us before! The car was very clean both inside and out and you could tell extra precautions were being taken in the current environment.nnSpecial shout out to Mike in the Marquette office. We left our camera in the car and didn't realize until we arrived back home in another state. He tracked down the camera and arranged for it to be posted to us which was a huge relief. Will definitely book with these guys again next time we are in the UP!

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.nnThey don't even have their cars cleaned when you arrived. So would have had a wait period. Then they pulled out EVERYTHING they can in the book to prevent us from renting the car because they don't 'like' having their cars dropped off in a different state.nnWE MADE THE RESERVATION LEGALLY and the DECLINED due to guidelines NOT stated on the website. The kid behind the desk had NO idea what he was doing and had to call his manager (most likely to make sure he was feeding the right line) every time we asked a question. Apparently you need a credit card to do ANYTHING with them because they declined my debit card despite it having my information.nnDO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Let them go outta business.

I returned a car to Escanaba airport location on 6/22/20. I can't say enough great things about the very nice young man that helped me - Zach!nI don't normally write reviews but after reading 2 bad reviews I need to share my positive experience with him.. He was kind, considerate and told me he would em my receipt because his printer didn't work . I had the em receipt within a few minutes. THKS & GOOD JOB ZACH..
