When I entered my rental I was greeted by cigarette ash on the steering wheel and most of the interior. Also stained by mysterious substances on the passenger seat. Gave it a quick interior clean like a rental company is supposed to do. Staff was nice, they just need a person to actually clean the cars. ud83eudd28
I rented here once, so take it for what it’s worth. This is more of a satellite location and I believe is a towing/recovery business that offers Hertz. They had about 3 cars. The vehicle they had for my 6 day drive to CA was gross; with snickers wrappers and Chex cereal under the seat. It was unwashed on the outside and dirt lined the interior window sill as if someone left the windows open overnight. When I mentioned alternatives they had, one was suggested however it, “was not washed”. Well, what about this one? The woman at the counter did not seem overly impressed with my concern about the car (aka she was not friendly) Oh well. I drove it to Portsmouth and traded it in.
