Signed up and reserved car online, where I was given a price but when I went to pick up car the price was 3 times what it said it would be. Dishonest

I have rented from Enterprise several times in the past 6 years. There was one time that I had an issue. That was when we had a reservation & they didn't have any cars. I did get a gas guzzling big truck that we were not driving to Florida. I rented it & had to hassle with taking it to the airport in Louisville on Christmas Eve & they gave me their last car. The person that did that IS NO LONGER WITH ENTERPRISE. Nick is the manager & he has always went out of his way to take care of everything. I have always been happy with the cars that I have rented. They will take care of your car rental needs. I have sent people to Enterprise & will continue to refer friends.

Very friendly and courteous staff. I have used this branch on several occasions and have never been disappointed. If for some reason they don't have cars to accommodate me, they always get one within a day or so. Nick and Luke are always helpful and nice. This is my go to for my rental car needs.

Luke is the man! I used to visit the Seymour location but their customer service doesn't have the same standards as Luke and the Scottsburg store! Next level. They have earned a customer for life in their attention to detail and true customer care.
